Got the same brand-new quadruple room with private bathroom booked online, appreciated that. A dishwasher, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge were a big plus. The location was central, short walk to the city center of karakol, the ethnographic museum detailing the breathtaking history of the region and snow-capped mountains on all sides...

We had an excellent stay at Ordo in Karakol. the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the addition of duvet covers provided warmth. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of having an electrical socket next to the bed and a miniature light. the bathroom inside the dorm room was a welcome feature, offering good temperature and water pressure. the inclusion of a mobile phone pouch for charging overnight was a minor detail, but greatly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, and the owner, Mars, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing useful tips and information about the area. Cons: Was all great! 😄.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore Karakol. It is also close to the glorious Orthodox Church, allowing guests to experience the rich history of the region. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and pillows. the bathrooms are spotlessly clean and offer hot water with good pressure. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. the hosts are extremely hospitable and go above and beyond to provide excellent service, offering helpful suggestions and assisting with tour arrangements.
There is no fan in the room, which may make it difficult for some guests to sleep comfortably, especially if they are used to air conditioning.

Bed in dormitory comes with a dining area, perfect for pretending I'm a fancy lady having breakfast at my own private table. And the free private parking is just what I need for my imaginary fancy car.
Can't believe they didn't have a personal butler to cater to my every whim. Unacceptable!
